Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase FELIGAN.COM wishes to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products.
It is not possible to exchange purchased items with other products. Before sending your return to FELIGAN.COM, send an email to info@feligan.com specifying: specificando:

invoice / order number
article code (s)

and verifies that the conditions in the Conditions and Guarantees section have been respected. FELIGAN.COM will send you the return authorization and the RETURN procedure.
FELIGAN.COM will refund you the price of the returned products.

FELIGAN.COM will not accept returns that do not meet all the required conditions: in this case the items will be returned at your expense to your address. Returned items will not be accepted that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

Before returning your package, it is necessary to obtain a return authorization.

The return must then be delivered to the courier within 10 working days from the date you received the order.
Products returned from the same order must be sent in a single shipment.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
FELIGAN.COM will not accept returns from the same order sent at different times.
If any of these conditions are not met, FELIGAN.COM will not be able to accept your return and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
